FIXR SYSTEMS

Most businesses know AI should be doing something for them and have no idea what, or where it would fit, or whether the thing they have been sold is worth keeping. This is a fixed fee look at one thing in your business: what is actually happening now, what AI would change about it, and what it would take. You get a call and a written plan you keep, whatever you decide to do next.

Why this is hard to work out on your own

There is no shortage of advice about AI. There is almost none about your business, which is the only one you need an answer for. So it stays on the list, and every month it is still on the list.

  1. Everything you read is general

It tells you what AI can do. It does not tell you which part of your week it would take off you, or what that is worth doing first.

  2. The tools all demo beautifully

Every one of them looks like the answer for the twenty minutes you spend looking at it. Working out which one survives contact with how you actually work is the job.

  3. Nobody says no

Ask anyone selling AI whether you need AI and you already know the answer. That is not advice, it is a quote.

What you have at the end of it

A decision you can act on, and the reasoning behind it in writing, so it is still useful in three months when you come back to it.

  • What is actually happening in the area you asked about, written down plainly
  • What is worth changing, in the order worth changing it
  • Which tools or methods fit, named, with roughly what each costs
  • What each change saves you, in time rather than in promises
  • What is not worth doing, and why, which is usually the most useful part

What the £250 covers

You tell us the problem, we come back with what to do about it. The call works out what is really going on, the plan is what you keep: what to do, in what order, with what, and what it saves. Named tools and rough costs, not a category list. If the plan misses what you needed, the follow up call is free.

Have you done this before?

We have built and automated businesses with the help of AI, implementing it into key areas such as lead generation, organisation and scheduling, finances, fulfilment, nurturing and scaling. From course sellers to home service businesses to professional services, all industries can benefit from implementing AI to fix, streamline and scale.

Most of the value in a job like this is working out what not to do. Anybody can hand you a list of things AI could theoretically do for your business. Knowing which one is worth your Tuesday is the part people actually need.

How it works

1

Tell us the problem

What is not working, or what you are trying to work out. Enough for us to say whether it is something we can help with.

2

We say yes or no, then send a link

If it is a fit, you get a payment link for the £250. If it is not, we tell you, and that costs nothing.

3

A few questions

Once you have paid we send over what we need to know, so the call starts from something rather than from nothing.

4

The call

We work out what is really going on in the area you named, rather than the version of it that fits a tool.

5

The plan

A few pages, within a week. What to do, in what order, with what, and what it is worth. Yours to keep and to hand to anybody.

What it costs

£250, fixed. That is the whole cost: the call, the research behind it and the plan you keep.

Nothing is due when you get in touch. Tell us the problem first, and if it is something worth looking at we send a payment link. If it is not, we will say so and it costs you nothing.

What if the answer is that we do not need AI?

  • Then that is what the plan says, and it is worth knowing.
  • Sometimes the useful answer is clarity about how something works now, or spotting where the real problem is.
  • We would rather tell you that than sell you something that does not help.

Before you ask

What counts as one thing?

Whatever you need an answer about. If you are a smaller business it can be the whole business, because there is not that much of it to look at. If you are larger it needs to be an area or a problem, because looking at everything properly is not a £250 job and pretending otherwise would waste your money.

What if you decide we do not need AI?

Then the plan says that, and it says what would actually help instead. Sometimes that is a change to how something is organised, sometimes it is a tool you already pay for and are not using, and sometimes it is just clarity about where the problem really is. You would still have paid for an answer, which is what you came for.

Do I have to pay before we speak?

No. You tell us what you are trying to work out, we say whether it is something we can help with, and only then do we send a payment link. Nothing is due while we are deciding whether it is a fit.

Is there a refund?

No, because by then the research and the call have happened. What there is instead is a follow up call at no cost if the plan misses what you actually needed, so you are not left with a document that answers the wrong question.

Does the £250 come off a build?

No. It is a complete thing on its own and not a deposit, which is deliberate: a paid consultation that is really a sales call is not worth paying for. Plenty of these will not lead to a build at all, and that is a perfectly good outcome.

What if I want you to build it?

Then that is a separate conversation and a separate quote. The plan is written so that you, we, or anybody else could build from it, which is the point of it being yours.

Who is it for?

Businesses that want to use AI and have no idea where to start, businesses already using it and not getting much back, and larger firms that want to know where it would fit and where it would be wasted.

Ready when you are.
