AI mentoring for business owners
AI mentoring is an hour a week, one to one, spent putting AI into your business while you carry on running it. You bring whatever is in front of you that week and leave with the next step decided, the tool named and the order settled, for £1,000 a month with only six places. Knowing what to do about AI is one problem; getting it done, week after week, while you are still running the business is the one that stops most owners.
Why it stalls after the first fortnight
Almost nobody gives up on AI because the idea was wrong. They give up because the week fills, the first attempt does something slightly odd, and there is nobody to ask.
You are deciding alone
Every choice is a first for you and a hundredth for somebody who does this all day. That is the whole difference in how long it takes.
The first version is always wrong
That is normal and it is not a reason to stop. Knowing which part to change, and which part to leave, is what keeps it moving.
Nobody is expecting you
Anything with no deadline and nobody waiting on it loses to the thing a customer is chasing. Every single week.
What changes
You stop carrying the whole thing on your own, and the work moves every week instead of every few months.
- A standing hour where the next step gets decided instead of deferred
- Somebody who has already made the mistake you are about to make
- Tools named and the order settled, so you are not researching it at eleven at night
- What to leave alone, which is usually half the value
- Someone to look at what you built and say whether it did what you wanted

What the £1,000 a month covers
An hour a week, one to one, on whatever you are trying to get working. You bring the problem, we decide the next step and what to ignore. Six places only, £1,000 a month by direct debit, and the work stays inside your business rather than ours.
Have you done this before?
We have built and automated businesses with the help of AI, in lead generation, organisation and scheduling, finances, fulfilment, nurturing and scaling. That has run across course sellers, home service businesses and professional services, which is the range this draws on. Every industry has something AI can fix, streamline or scale, and the useful part is knowing which one yours has.
The people who get somewhere with this are not the ones with the best plan. They are the ones who had somebody to ask on the Tuesday it stopped working.

How it works
Tell us what you are trying to do
What you want AI doing in the business, and what has stopped it so far. Enough for us to say whether this is the right thing for you.
We talk, and we both decide
If it is a fit and one of the six places is free, we say so. If it is not, we say that instead, which saves us both a year.
The direct debit starts
£1,000 a month, set up through Stripe. It is monthly, so you can stop at the end of a month.
The weekly hour begins
You bring what is in front of you. We decide the next step, and the things worth ignoring.
It keeps moving
Every week the thing is further on than it was the week before, because for once somebody is expecting you.

What it costs
£1,000 a month, by direct debit. Six places, and when they are taken, they are taken.
Nothing is due when you get in touch. We talk first, and if it is a fit and one of the six is free you get a link to set the direct debit up.
What if I would rather you just built it?
- Then that is a build, and it is quoted separately.
- Mentoring is for owners who want the thing to belong to their business rather than to us.
- Plenty of people want both, and there is nothing wrong with that. It is simply not what the thousand pounds is.
Before you ask
Why only six places?
Because an hour a week each is the whole product, and past six the hour stops being worth having. It is a limit on us rather than a sales tactic, and when the six are gone they are gone.
Will you build it for me?
Not as part of this. If you want the work done rather than directed, that is a separate quote and a separate piece of work. Plenty of people end up doing both, and that is fine.
Do I need to be technical?
No. This is aimed at owners and managing directors, not developers. If you can explain how your business actually works, that is the part that matters.
How is this different from the £250 consultancy?
The consultancy answers one question and hands you a plan you keep. This is for when you want somebody alongside you while you act on it, week after week. A lot of people start with the first and move to this.
What if I miss a week?
It happens and nothing breaks. The point of it is the rhythm rather than counting hours, so we pick it up the week after.
What do we actually do in the hour?
Whatever is in front of you. Deciding between two tools, working out why something is not being used, planning the next piece, or going through what you built since we last spoke. You set it, we come prepared.
Who is it for?
Owners who want AI properly embedded in the business and want somebody in their corner while they do it. It suits people who would rather understand the thing they are building than hand it over and hope.
Ready when you are.
