Asbestos Specialists UK is built to be there when they do: a page for every service in every town it covers, written for that place rather than spun from a template, and an enquiry form on all of them. The enquiries that come in are passed to a vetted, licensed local firm that does the work.
About the business
Asbestos Specialists UK covers asbestos removal, surveys, testing, air monitoring, disposal, encapsulation and management across the whole of the country. Somebody worried about asbestos gets a free, no-obligation quote, and the job is carried out by a vetted, HSE-licensed specialist working to the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. It also publishes plain-English guides on what asbestos looks like, where it hides in a UK home and what the health risks really are.

Content, written for the place
- 428 pages live: 294 service and town pages, 66 area guides, 43 county hubs and 11 national guides.
- Every area page is written for that area rather than spun from a template, because near-identical pages across hundreds of towns is exactly what Google throws away. Getting that right, at this scale, was the hard part of the build.
- Real Office for National Statistics boundary maps for 42 areas and 42 verified city photographs, so a local page looks local instead of generic.
- 798 towns in the database behind it, so a new area is a row rather than a rebuild.
Turning a visit into an enquiry
- A quote form beside the headline on every page, with the service and the town already filled in, so nobody has to explain where they are.
- Call and WhatsApp on every screen, because someone who has just found asbestos usually wants to talk to a person.
- A free asbestos risk checker, and guides that answer what people actually search for before they are ready to ask for a quote.
- Every enquiry alerted by email the moment it lands, and a daily digest, so a lead is never sitting unread.
Trust, on a subject that needs it
- The regulations named on the page, the work described as carried out by vetted, HSE-licensed contractors, and no claim the site makes that it cannot stand behind.
- Guides checked against current Health and Safety Executive guidance rather than rewritten from other websites.
How it was built to be found
The plan is one page per real search, not one page per town. Somebody types the service and the place together, so the site is built the same way: asbestos removal in Birmingham, asbestos survey in Kent, each with its own page, its own map and its own words. County hubs and area guides tie those pages together, national guides bring in the people who are still working out what they are looking at, and every one of them carries the same quote form. The result is a site that is found in places a national firm never reaches.
