Lead intelligence engine
Finds the businesses that need something built, before they go looking.
What this build does
A list of businesses is not a list of leads. This engine watches the places where a business shows it needs something built, gathers those businesses every night, works out what each one is missing, and audits them so the ones that would gain the most sit at the top. What arrives in the morning is not a spreadsheet of names, it is a ranked feed with the reason to call each one already written.
What it is for
The engine exists to answer one question every morning: who is worth talking to today, and why. It works on gaps rather than industries, because a business with no website, no reviews and a manual booking process has a problem worth solving whatever trade it is in. Signals stack onto a business rather than sitting as separate rows, so somebody showing three of them rises to the top on their own.
What it runs on
What we built
Sourcing
- Businesses gathered every night from where they reveal a need: newly registered domains, Google Business Profiles with no website behind them, businesses paying for ads, public tenders, job adverts, and people asking for help in the open on Reddit, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- The unit is a business, not a post. Signals stack onto it, so no website plus no reviews plus money already going into ads is one hot lead rather than three weak ones.
- Each source is isolated behind the same adapter, so a source that breaks or goes quiet cannot take the rest of the night down with it.
Enrichment and qualification
- Every business is matched to its Companies House record, its Google profile, its trade and its town, so a name becomes something you can actually contact and talk about.
- Contact routes are checked rather than assumed: an email address has to pass a junk filter and its domain has to answer, a phone number has to parse as a real UK number and not be the website builder's, and a social profile has to plausibly belong to that business rather than the agency that built the site.
- Google profiles are matched on identity, not on name, because two businesses in one town can share a name and a lead built on the wrong profile is worse than no lead.
The audit that does the ranking
- Each business is put through an audit that scores what it has and what it is missing: the site, its speed for real users, whether there is any way to enquire, whether AI assistants are even allowed to read it, its reviews and its Google profile.
- The audit is what sets the order. The businesses missing the most, and with the most to gain, come first, and every lead arrives with the single strongest reason to lead with.
- The reason is a fact, not a guess: no enquiry form on the site, no phone number above the fold, a profile with no reviews. Something you can say out loud in the first sentence.
Trusting what it says
- Every claim the engine makes is written down with the method that proves it and the standard it has to meet: a factual claim has to be right every time, a judgement has to hold up at ninety-five per cent against hand-labelled samples.
- There are no maybes in the output. A claim that cannot be proven to that standard is either reworded down to what is certain or dropped, because one wrong fact in a first sentence costs the whole conversation.
- Around eighty tests, each of them deliberately broken to prove it fails when it should, and an alarm if a night ever returns nothing, because a silent zero looks exactly like a quiet night.

What it did
- 4,721 businesses found and qualified in twelve days.
What comes next for Lead intelligence engine
- More of the sources that show intent early, so a business is found at the moment it starts looking rather than after.
- The outreach itself, so the first message goes out from the same place the lead was found.
Ready when you are.
